Thank you for your continued patience during this challenging time.

As a Registered Organization in the NYS Medical Marijuana Program, Citiva/Be. has been designated as an essential service by New York State.

We will continue to provide medicine to all of our patients, while adhering to social distancing guidelines and additional recommendations from federal, state and local health agencies. 

 

To better service patients and follow social distancing protocols for our patients and staff, we have transitioned to a pre-order process at many of our locations. This will allow our teams to continue to serve and provide medicine to you in the safest and most efficient manner possible.  

 

Please read the below details for information on the Citiva/Be. dispensary closest to you, including options for purchasing medical cannabis products and hours of operation.

These adjustments are in place to help ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we adapt to these challenging circumstances.

Tips to Save Time on Your Transactions

  • Download the CanPay App – Save time at checkout with CanPay’s NO FEE debit transactions. Accepted at all of our dispensary locations. Learn more at www.canpayapp.com.
    • Please download the CanPay app prior to visiting, and allow a few days for the app to link to your bank or financial institution.
  • Plan Ahead – Check out our website at www.citiva.com/covid-19-update for real-time updates on our hours of operation and additional information.

Pre-orders ONLY

We are asking all patients to either place an order by phone at 212-257-3145, or email NYBKO@citiva.com, as early as possible. Please allow up to 2 hours for your order to be filled.  

All orders must be picked up on the same day prior to close, or your order will be cancelled. We ask you to please wait to receive confirmation from the dispensary staff that your order has been received and is ready for pickup. 

Please pick up your order 1 hour before closing.

If you are a new patient, please call 212-257-3145, or email us at NYBKO@citiva.com, to set up a teleconsultation with a pharmacist.

Be. Hudson Valley

Curbside Pickup ONLY

We have moved to a curbside pickup model in our Wappingers Falls location.  

We are asking all patients to either place an order by phone at 212-257-3145, or email NYWFO@citiva.com, as early as possible. Please allow up to 2 hours for your order to be filled. 

All orders must be picked up on the same day prior to close, or your order will be cancelled. We ask you to please wait to receive confirmation from the dispensary staff that your order has been received and is ready for pickup. The staff will provide you with additional direction after your order is confirmed. 

Please pick up your order 1 hour before closing.

Please note, emails sent after hours will be answered the following day during normal hours.  

Please assist us in this process by requesting a total for your order, and have your NYS Medical Marijuana Registry ID card, photo ID and payment type ready when you arrive. This will allow us to process your transaction in a timely manner.

Be. Staten Island

We are open for business at our new location and are encouraging pre-orders. However, we are also accepting walk-ins at this time.
